I have snakebites, originally had 18 gauge rods that were of equal length to these. Didn't even have them for a whole week before getting these to replace the metal since the metal scrapping up against my teeth was really annoying when I tried to sleep. I didn't feel it hurt too bad for being stretched a gauge larger, most pain came from it still being a fresh piercing. I heard this bio-rubber helps them heal faster anyways.
I recommend getting some clear 16 gauge o-rings to hold in place instead of the cap that it comes with. You'll want 2 for each rod if you have lip piercings since your tooth can still slip under the disk and pop it out if you have just one holding it in. I got o-rings in clear and black which makes these rods MUCH more secure and flush against your skin then the cap it came with. Going to look for different colored rings to jazz things up.
I got two, much enjoyed. Will get more if I need them!

it beat the purpose of having a clear nose ring... i purchased this product for work and its flat top was still so obvious i had a nose ring that i just went back to using my more obvious metal ring that made me need to purchase the clear one in the first place. would not recommend for someone who is using it to hide a piercing.

These are easy to use and secure. Definitely what I wanted.
The only issue is that they are tinch too long. I SHOULD be able to trim though. There's enough give in the post. Or at least I'm HOPING there is. If not...I ordered two sets. Not too worried.
I'd buy them again.

Thank you for selling these retainers. I've been looking for a decently priced ones that weren't uncomfortable, and I love them. They don't bother me at all. I wear them at work and my boss doesn't say anything to me at all.

Blend in very well, easly hidden, comfy i was very pleased with this product, it if a great size for maby smaller lips such as mine, easy to put in and i really enjoy them.
